Tastiest Taco 2025: United Way of Whatcom County Taco Tasting Fundraiser

Join us for our third annual Tastiest Taco competition and fundraiser! Between September 30 and October 28, participants will have the opportunity to explore our community– one tasty taco at a time– while raising funds to support critical services in Whatcom County!

$30 for one booklet or $25 each when you buy two or more!

How it works:

Each taco booklet will contain the names and addresses of local restaurants that are partnering with United Way for this event.

During the taco challenge, tasters can bring booklets to participating locations in exchange for one free taco! These tacos are the best of the best, hand selected to represent each business’s unique style and flavor profile.

After visiting each location, participants are encouraged to vote for their favorite taco. United Way will tally votes and announce the 2025 Tastiest Taco Contest winner! Participants who visit more than half of the tastiest taco vendors can also enter to win a prize.

Restaurants are donating tacos for this event so we ask that you show them some love by purchasing additional tasty items!

All proceeds will benefit United Way of Whatcom County, helping to open doors and remove barriers to financial stability and support a network of over 20 local nonprofits.
