Raise a Glass to Inclusion with Cascade Connections’ 5th Annual Hamster Crawl

On October 10, 2026, from 3–8 p.m., Cascade Connections is bringing back the beloved Hamster Crawl—a walking tour of downtown Bellingham restaurants, pubs, and eateries, followed by an after-party.
 
For more than 40 years, Whatcom County nonprofit Cascade Connections has worked to empower people with disabilities through vocational and residential programs, caregiver education, and Home Care Aide certification. The Hamster Crawl is a fun way to celebrate inclusion and accessibility while supporting local downtown businesses.
 
Cascade Connections is seeking Chamber members to join the crawl as:
 
Business Sponsors – Provide financial support to help make the event possible.
Route Sponsors – Downtown Bellingham businesses willing to open their doors during the crawl.
Raffle Sponsors – Local businesses willing to donate goods or services for the event raffle.
