David Arnold and Isaac Burrous, former owners of Corion Landscape Management, are now co-owners of GreenEarth Landscape Services with founders Jeremy Durgan and Shawn Knight. The four owners met through a landscaping industry organization. GreenEarth, launched in 2005, also has branches in Panama City Beach, Fla., and Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.
Arnold became a key member of the company’s Growth Team and Burrous is general manager of the Ferndale branch. All 41 Ferndale employees were retained and soon will begin receiving healthcare benefits.
“We have been collaborating with GreenEarth for several years and believe we can take the next step to becoming a true destination company for our employees and customers by joining forces,” said Burrous, a 17-year Whatcom County resident. “The merger enables us to provide the type of benefits, opportunities and first-class systems that great people look for in a career, not just a job. Our clients will see the difference in improved personnel recruitment, retainment and training.”

The Ferndale name change won’t become effective until early 2020. GreenEarth NW/Corion Landscape Management provides landscape design/build services for commercial and residential properties in addition to landscape management services for commercial, multi-family, condominium association and mixed-used properties in Whatcom and Skagit counties.
