Special-T Signs, a family owned and operated Bellingham business since 1979, will celebrate on Aug. 28 its 40th anniversary and the retirement of founder Tim Donnelly while introducing second-generation owner Dave Donnelly.

The public is invited to congratulate Tim and Dave Donnelly while enjoying food and beverages from 5:30-7 p.m. Aug. 28 at Special-T Signs, located at 2206 Pacific St., just two blocks north of Bellingham’s Auto Row.

When Tim Donnelly founded Special-T Signs in 1979, the business entailed mostly striping cars at local dealerships. Since then the business has incorporated high-definition digitally printed graphics ideal for wrapping any size vehicle and covering interior walls with beautiful, picture-perfect graphics and lettering.

Special-T Signs also offers window and floor graphics, building signs, safety and compliance signs, banners and LED light boxes.
