Bellingham Whatcom County Tourism to Co-Host Team USA Watch Party at Kulshan Trackside on July 28, 2024

Bellingham Whatcom County Tourism, in collaboration with the Port of Bellingham and Seattle FIFA World Cup 2026, will host a free Team USA Watch Party for the women’s soccer match between USA and Germany on Sunday, July 28 at Kulshan Trackside Beer Garden.
Visitors and locals are invited to cheer on their team while enjoying the newly revitalized waterfront in Downtown Bellingham. The family-friendly event will feature a large video wall for great visibility in all weather conditions.
The Portal Container Village businesses will be open, along with food trucks and restroom facilities; coolers are not permitted.
• 11:15 a.m. - Doors open. The first 100 people will receive FIFA swag! Raffle tickets will be handed out for a chance to win prizes at half time. Plus, meet former professional soccer player Taylor Graham!
• 12 p.m. - Game begins. The watch party is the first step in building excitement for the FIFA World Cup 2026, which is anticipated to draw hundreds of thousands of visitors to Seattle and Vancouver, BC, both of which are designated FIFA host cities.
Because of Bellingham’s proximity, the games are expected to increase visitation to our area. Our community will play a pivotal role in providing robust visitor information and engagement for visiting FIFA World Cup fans while enjoying a boost to our local economy.
