TouchStone Counseling Open House on August 17th

TouchStone Counseling Group, in conjunction with Youth Resource Center, Celebrates Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the opening of the “Youth Crisis Triage Intensive Outpatient Center”, and “Youth Resource Center”, on August 17, 2023 at 12:00 noon/ open house until 6pm.

Distinguished community leaders, esteemed guests, and members of the public are cordially invited to attend this special event and show their support for the invaluable services that the center will offer to youth in our community.


TouchStone Counseling Group, a leading provider of critical support services for youth in crisis, is delighted to announce the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony of its state-of-the-art facility on August 17, 2023, at noon. This momentous occasion marks a significant milestone in the center's mission to provide immediate assistance and guidance to young individuals facing challenging circumstances.

The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at the newly remodeled Mades Building, originally built in 1912, has undergone some renovations to accommodate and house offices for counselors, a registered nurse and trained technicians for supporting the youth in need.  

During the ceremony, attendees will have the opportunity to tour the facility and witness firsthand the thoughtful design and welcoming environment created specifically for young individuals in crisis. The center features dedicated spaces for counseling, crisis intervention, group therapy, and educational programs, all aimed at providing comprehensive support to those in need.
"We are thrilled to open the doors of The Youth Resource Center and Stabilization Unit and bring much-needed services to the youth of our community, and is the only one north of Everett," said Jesse Crydt, Owner and Operator of TouchStone Counseling, and the Executive Director of the center. "This ribbon cutting ceremony represents a collective commitment to ensuring that young people facing crises have a safe space to turn to, where they will receive the support, understanding, and guidance they deserve."

The event will also feature guest speakers who will highlight the center's mission, share inspiring stories of resilience, and emphasize the importance of early intervention and support for young individuals in crisis. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with the center's staff, volunteers, and community partners, fostering a deeper understanding of the critical services provided and the various ways in which they can contribute.

We are dedicated to building strong collaborations with local schools, hospitals, law enforcement agencies, and community organizations to ensure a comprehensive network of care and support for youth in crisis. The center's multidisciplinary team of professionals will work tirelessly to address the unique needs of each young person, providing crisis intervention, counseling, referrals, and ongoing support to promote healing and resilience.
