Wednesday, May 27th from 1:15 - 2:30 p.m.
Dementia Support Northwest has rebooted our HEAD Talks (Health Education About Dementia). Our talk on Proactive Planning on May 12th was a huge success, and our next topic might be of interest to you or your staff:

Stimulation:
The Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator, Charles Harriman, from The Bellingham at Orchard Memory Care Residence will talk about the different types of stimulation for those living with dementia, showing live examples of each with their residents and how you can easily recreate these at home and how you can adapt them to fit the different stages. Charles will also talk about why each of these types of stimulation are important and how it can positively affect your loved one. Their Dementia Choir will also perform!
