| Hello from Lairmont Manor! We hope you are well in these challenging times. So much change, we are learning day by day! We are writing to you now because we’d like to be of service to our community and offer all the help we can. Our estate is usually full with events this time of year, and we’re instead facing a lot of available venue space from postponements and cancellations. At the same time, we understand other event facilities have canceled or turned away guests. We welcome you to use Lairmont for little or no cost for your meetings and events through June. We closely follow guidance from the state government in matters concerning social distancing and restrictions placed on gatherings and will continue to do so as we progress through each phase of the Safe Start reopening plan. Lairmont Manor has spacious indoor areas with soaring ceilings and large windows and doors, as well as private offices with lots of natural light and fresh air. Our estate offers large outdoor spaces with our marquee tent, open-air pavilion, fountain gardens, and broad lawns. Our licensed kitchen has modern convection ovens, food-prep countertops, storage, dishwasher, and refrigerators. We also have tables and chairs, microphones, speakers and screens, and easy loading/unloading. Our team is proud to maintain, restore, and operate Lairmont Manor year-round and we’d love to welcome you and your guests especially at this unique, historic moment.
