PeaceHealth Fairhaven Plaza Clinic is open again for same-day and family medicine care.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Video visits are available.
“Using the Fairhaven Plaza Clinic space temporarily for newborn care allowed PeaceHealth Medical Group to replicate processes and develop a dedicated space for this care at our PeaceHealth Medical Group Pediatrics Cordata location,” said Misty Parris, vice president of operations for PeaceHealth Medical Group’s Northwest network.
This includes dedicated parking spots where caregivers meet newborn families, take their temperatures, give them masks and escort them directly into specific exam rooms. All newborn care takes place entirely in these exam rooms—including registration, measuring vital signs, provider exams, lactation support and follow-up visit scheduling.
Parris added, “We appreciate the flexibility and patience of our caregivers, patients and community members as we worked to strategically re-allocate resources and implement new safety measures for protecting PeaceHealth’s smallest patients during the evolving landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Progress made possible
During the clinic’s month-long closure, its space was used for newborn care in a valuable partnership between PeaceHealth Medical Group Pediatrics and the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Childbirth Center.
