PeaceHealth Fairhaven Plaza Clinic will Temporarily Close

The PeaceHealth Fairhaven Plaza Clinic located at 3125 Old Fairhaven Parkway, Suite 106, Bellingham, will temporarily close its doors beginning today, Wednesday, April 8.
“We apologize for any inconvenience and thank our communities for their patience and understanding as we navigate these unprecedented times,” said Misty Parris, vice president of operations for PeaceHealth Medical Group.The clinic’s caregivers, providers and supplies will be redirected temporarily to the Cordata Main Clinic located at 4545 Cordata Pkwy. Family medicine patients will still be able to reach the clinic at its normal number of 360-788-8388 to schedule an appointment.
Patients in need of same-day care can walk in to be seen at the PeaceHealth Same Day Care Clinic located in the Medical Office Plaza (3015 Squalicum Pkwy, Suite 140).
The Fairhaven Plaza Clinic facility will be used to operationalize protective measures to best support the health and safety of our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Plans are in place to use the clinic space as a safe location for newborn visits.
PeaceHealth will update our communities when the clinic is scheduled to reopen.
