Classic country star Mark Chesnutt performing at NW Washington Fair

Mark Chesnutt, known as one of the top classic country singers, will perform Friday, Aug. 16 as part of the Bank of the Pacific Grandstand Entertainment Series at the Northwest Washington Fair in Lynden.
 
Chesnutt has 14 No. 1 hits, 23 top ten singles, four platinum albums and five gold records with fan favorites including “Brother Jukebox,” “I’ll Think of Something,” “Almost Goodbye” and “I Just Wanted You to Know.” Remaining true to himself as a traditional country artist, Chesnutt has been praised for delivering songs with world-class vocals and heartfelt emotion. Chesnutt will start playing at 7 p.m. Aug. 16. Free festival seating at the Mark Chesnutt show will be offered but anyone wishing to reserve the best seats may purchase a preferred ticket for $20 each beginning at 9 a.m. April 25. VIP tickets are $134 per person, available in sets of two ($268 per pair). The grandstand tickets don’t include gate admission for the fair, which is required.
