How does the Port of Bellingham help support local business and community? Find out what projects, plans, and goals the Port is working on from Gina Stark, the Economic Development Project Manager of the Port's Economic Development Division.
She works on a variety of economic development projects including working to support local businesses, the seven cities, and the county. In addition to traditional economic development, Stark is in charge of the Ports Broadband Project and is currently managing the construction of three projects located in rural Whatcom County.
When she is not working on projects, she serves on a variety of boards that helps advance the goals of the Comprehensive Economic Development Plan.
