PTLA Real Estate Group has announced that Apex Property Management, acquired in 2020, would begin operating as PTLA Property Management.
The name change unifies the team’s culture, streamlines communication internally and externally, and aligns strategies, but the company still acknowledges the value of the former brand. “Apex successfully operated in the Bellingham market for decades, and our goal in acquiring it has been to build upon the great foundation they already laid, combining it with the expertise and resources of our existing team,” said Peter Wilson, President of PTLA.
Apex Property Management’s Bellingham office will now serve as the Bellingham Regional office of PTLA Property Management, overseeing the Bellingham Portfolio of roughly 1,500 units.
