Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing promotes Takemura to COO

Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing recently promoted Michael Takemura to Chief Operating Officer.

Takemura has served in management positions the last eight years at Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing. Takemura now drives operational excellence across Barron’s service and installation divisions, overseeing HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Solar, and Indoor Air Quality field operations.

Barron also hired one and promoted two others to senior management positions.

Jake Bassett, who has 10 years of experience in marketing at a local retailer, was named Director of Marketing Operations. He will lead the strategy, systems, and processes that power the company’s marketing efforts.

David Sperry, an eight-year employee, was promoted to Director of Supply Chain. He will lead Barron’s supply chain strategy and operations, overseeing purchasing, inventory management and vendor partnerships.

Kortney Grattic was promoted to Chief of Staff and Team Development Manager. A three-year Barron employee, Grattic provides strategic support to the executive and leadership teams while leading recruiting, onboarding and team development initiatives.
