About Us

Daylight Properties owns mixed use buildings in downtown Bellingham. We maintain and improve historic buildings and believe they are vital cultural monuments. We love historic buildings! At Daylight Properties, we have extensive experience in uncovering natural wood, brick, iron columns and old growth timbers.

Daylight Properties is managed by its owners, not by a third party management agency. Because of this we can avoid many of the problems that arise from the disassociation between an owner and tenant.
