Join the Chamber and Whatcom Young Professionals for an open, community-driven conversation on housing affordability and the cost of living in Whatcom County. This forum is designed to be a dialogue—not a lecture—creating space for young professionals to ask questions, share perspectives, and better understand why affordability looks the way it does in our region.

The conversation will be led by Peter Frazier, Perry Eskridge, and facilitated by Chamber staff, with a focus on the local policies, systems, and economic factors that shape housing, wages, and overall cost of living. While housing will play a central role, the discussion will explore broader affordability challenges impacting young professionals who live and work in Whatcom County.
