People like to have fun. Combining play with learning is a central component of everything we do here. With creativity and a little imagination, we find it possible to bring this concept of play with a purpose to just about any setting from the small meeting space to a grand outdoor adventure. All that’s required of you is willingness to play and an open mind. Our Teaming workshops are comprised of a variety of activities that can be indoors or out. During these workshops, we develop a sequence of activities that present participants with multiple opportunities to engage in discussion and exploration of the dynamics that exist between peers. Our focus here is to help people learn to see behaviors and make good choices about how best to engage productively.
Ultimately, our workshops are designed to change the way people feel and think, to gain awareness of needs, to add knowledge of new concepts, to understand new ways to look at old or familiar ideas and to make positive changes in the way they go about being with one another. The process consists of presenting a sequence of activities to a group of people with the express purpose of challenging their existing abilities, dynamics, and personalities in an effort to help them learn while having fun. It’s our goal to create an environment where people interact authentically and encourage each other to work together while practicing new skills, learning from their mistakes and developing a stronger understanding of how they work together and how they affect each other.

We use activities as tools to create dialog, interaction, learning, development, and entertainment. The more we know about your goals and objectives, the better we’ll craft an activity sequence that motivates team members to talk about what success looks like. We want to help people explore the dynamics of performance and ultimately identify principles that are central to high morale and strong teamwork.
