Whatcom Land Title is opening a third branch March 5 at Birch Bay Square to better serve north Whatcom County clients.
The full-service branch will be at 8105 Birch Bay Square St., Blaine, just off Interstate 5 Exit 270 (Birch Bay-Lynden Road).
“This branch will be much more convenient for many north-county clients seeking title services and policies, including escrow closings,” said Colleen Baldwin, owner and CEO of Whatcom Land Title. “We’re just four miles from Birch Bay, six miles from Blaine and eight miles from downtown Ferndale.”
Whatcom Land Title also offers branches in Bellingham (2011 Young St.) and Lynden (507 Front St.), plus escrow signings at a customer’s location in Whatcom County.
