Bellingham’s American Legion Post 7 has applied to State Farm Insurance for a grant of $25,000. This grant will go towards the local Children’s Burn Camp, Veterans with PTSD, and local Veterans needing help getting back on their feet. 2000 applications were received nationwide, and Post 7 is now among the top 200 competing for the national grant, awarding $25,000 to the top 40 applicants.
To get there, they need your votes! Voting is now open, so please show your support and help them out. Log on to the link below between 8/16 and 8/25 to cast your vote. You are allowed 10 votes per person.
