Western Washington University’s very own IDEA institute is hosting a Spring market celebrating Bellingham’s thriving entrepreneurial community. The IDEA Institute at Western Washington University promotes interdisciplinary learning, entrepreneurship, and innovation. At the IDEA Institute, we believe entrepreneurship is for everyone. Whether you focus on social justice, environment, arts, education, business, humanities, engineering or any other academic subject, this program is designed to provide the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully engage in entrepreneurial and innovative behaviors within new and existing organizations. A major purpose of One Night Off: The Showcase is to raise funds in order to support students’ future entrepreneurial venture projects! We will showcase local entrepreneurs and have live music, interactive games, artists, and cuisine. Take part and support local entrepreneurs, help foster community, and celebrate the upcoming warm season. Come join the festivities on May 13th from 3-7pm at the Fairhaven Village Green!
