"Essence of Bellingham" photo competition entry deadline approaching May 1

Entries for the "Essence of Bellingham" photo competition are being accepted now.


Entries for the 12th annual "Essence of Bellingham" photo competition, hosted by the City of Bellingham and the Whatcom Museum, are due by May 1, 2017.  This year the City is seeking photos featuring our vibrant neighborhoods in addition to all other submissions. This is an opportunity for amateur and professional photographers of all ages to submit photos that capture the true "essence" of Bellingham and document the history of our ever changing community. 
Winners receive special recognition by Mayor Kelli Linville. Photos will be on display in City Hall, featured on BTV10 and the City Web site and added to the Museum's photo archives.
