David Archer, who has more than 20 years of management experience in Whatcom County’s hospitality industry, has been appointed general manager of B-Town Kitchen & Raw Bar in Bellingham.

Archer’s experience will be key to managing and increasing growth at B-Town, one of the only raw bar destinations in the area and featuring oysters, clams, crab and other seasonal selections. The restaurant, which opened May 5, is located inside Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel & Conference Center at 714 Lakeway Drive.

“David’s knowledge of the best local producers of seafood, meat, produce, beer and more will greatly benefit our customers,” said John Burns, general manager of Four Points Bellingham.

Archer is a longtime Blaine resident and graduated from Blaine High School.

“B-Town’s design and creative culinary concept has resulted in a unique dining destination that is second to none,” Archer said.
