Event Description:

Join us for Bellingham’s favorite hometown parade – the Blossomtime Parade, presented by Sanitary Service Company (SSC) and  the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce!  We have lots of area marching bands, floats, fire trucks and law enforcement vehicles, dance troupes, clowns, the Bellingham SeaHawkers, community walking groups and horses!  You’re sure to be entertained!

This year’s Grand Marshal is Whatcom Community College – celebrating their 50th anniversary this year!  WCC will be represented by President Kathi Hyane-Brown, Ed.D., and a selection of WCC students.

The Blossomtime Parade committee opted not to pick a theme for this year’s parade to encourage parade entries that best represent their business or organization’s mission and message.

Location:
The parade route begins at the corner of Alabama and Cornwall, progresses south on Cornwall, turns east on E. Champion and then turns north on N. State. The parade ends at N. State and York streets. The parade route fills up fast with spectators, so choose your spot early to get the best view of the parade!
